POSITION TITLE: Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Technical Consultant
MANAGER’S POSITION: Chief Revenue Officer

RESULT STATEMENT
This position is accountable for achieving the following result: Provide quality and timely design, architecture and integration work for Dynamics 365 BC projects while working with the Dynamics team to provide an outstanding project and work environment for both customers and teammates.

WORK LISTING
Strategic and tactical work for which this position is accountable:

Strategic work:
1. Assist solution architects and consultants with technical design.
2. Solution architect technical requirements.
3. Assist with blog posts and events, as needed.
4. Maintain a positive and professional environment, while having fun.

Tactical Work:
1. Lead the technical solution architecture team for Dynamics 365 Business Central for Accelerynt clients.
2. Design and solution architect full design documents with project details for technical implementation.
3. Assist functional team with any functional or technical requirement changes.
4. Assist with integration work using technologies like Power Automate and API.
5. Work with teammates on delivering quality work to customers.
6. Work with third party vendors and ISVs to determine gap/fit analysis related to projects.

STANDARDS
Quantity, quality and behavior standards for which this position is accountable:

Position Specific:
1. Assigned project tasks performed on time and marked complete in project checklist
2. Good written and verbal communication
3. Lead discovery and/or weekly sessions, as requested
4. Take initiative in leading projects
5. Time submitted weekly, by the following Monday at 12:00 pm CST
6. Certification in Business Central
7. Maintain 60-70% billability rate, quarterly bonuses for utilization greater than 70%

Qualifications:
1. Experience of five years or more combined D365 Business Central (Cloud) and Dynamics NAV
2. Experience with Azure, Postman, GitHub, and/or Power Automate
3. Experience with extensions and integrations
4. Customer facing skills
5. Good analytical and documentation skills
6. Strong consultancy skills
7. Good technical skills and a background in NAV/BC development
8. C/AL, SQL, .NET, SSRS
9. Remote work with very limited travel.

2. Lead product demos, as requested.
3. Assist with blog posts and events, as needed.
4. Maintain a positive and professional environment, while having fun.

Tactical Work:
1. Lead the solution architecture team for Dynamics 365 Business Central for Accelerynt clients.
2. Design and solution architect full design documents with project details for implementation.
3. Assist functional team with any functional or technical requirement changes.

4. Current experience working on an Dynamics BC implementation team.
5. Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in Accounting.
6. Remote work with limited travel.
7. Must be able to travel remote, as needed, 10-20%, when possible, with local and federal laws.

POSITION TITLE: Senior Functional Dynamics Consultant
MANAGER’S POSITION: Chief Revenue Officer

Provide quality and timely support and implementation work for Dynamics 365 projects while working with the Dynamics team to provide an outstanding project and work environment for both customers and teammates.

2. Assist with product demos, as requested.
3. Assist with blog posts and events, as needed.
4. Maintain a positive and professional environment, while having fun.

Tactical Work:
1. Lead the Functional implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central for Accelerynt clients.
2. Design and assist solution architect with project details for implementation.
3. Learn and train others on Jet Reports and Power BI.
4. Work with teammates on delivering quality work to customers.
5. Provide outstanding support to customers, as needed.

2. Good written and verbal communication
